cattle for sale

We currently have no specific cattle for sale, although you are welcome to contact us to register your interest as we shall be selecting a number of 2009 born heifers and some young bulls for sale in the Spring of 2010.

The last cattle sold were three 2008 born heifers at the 7th Traditional & Native Breeds National Show and Sale at Melton Mowbray Market on Friday 11th September (Show) and Saturday 12th September (Sale) 2009

In 1999 Tetford Clansman was Male Champion at the Royal Show, Great Yorkshire, Heckington & Southwell, Breed Champion at Great Yorkshire, Heckington & Southwell. Reserve Breed Champion at the Royal & Lincolnshire. He was Best Stock Bull in the Midland Breeder's Herd Competition and Interbreed Champion at Southwell. Peaches was Clansman's last calf to be born.

In 2004 Tetford Jedi was 3rd Intermediate Bull at the Royal, Male & Reserve Breed Champion Leicestershire, Lincolnshire & Heckington. In 2007 he was Male Champion Heckington, Reserve Male Champion Lincolnshire & Great Yorkshire. In 2009 he was Male Champion Lincolnshire.

In 2005 Tetford Kingpin was Male Champion at the Royal Show, Male and Breed Champion at Leicestershire, Rutland and Heckington and Male and Reserve Breed Champion at Lincolnshire and was the Longhorn Cattle Society 'Bull of the Year'.
